Bonding limits . . . |
- Contractor's have a single job bonding limit and an aggregate
bonding limit. The SBA allows projects with controlled disbursements
(like those done under CRM) to be done without bond. This allows
the Contractor room for growth without affecting their aggregate
limit.

Help with credit lines . . . |
- Some contractors may have low credit limits with suppliers.
With an explanation of our direct check settlement process, often
the supplier will increase the credit limit for projects employing
FAS's Construction Risk Management process.

FAS Application Forms & Lien Releases . . . |
- Contractors are encouraged to use FAS's
proprietary pay application files in the familiar Microsoft Excel
format.
- FAS provides the general contractor with
completed lien releases for all subcontractors and major suppliers.
